With over 15 years in commercial landscaping and estate management, Gavin ensures every project runs like clockwork. He leads our maintenance teams with a focus on reliability, safety, and high standards, ensuring our commercial partners get the service they expect.
Paul
COMMUNITY
Paul is the bridge between the boardroom and the garden. A specialist in community engagement, he works directly with residents to ensure our spaces are loved, used, and sustainable. He creates the volunteer programmes that turn neighbors into friends.
Ian
STRATEGY
Ian drives the long-term vision of Greenspace SOS. With a background in business development and partnerships, he builds the relationships with local authorities and housing associations that allow us to scale our impact across South Wales.
